No, applying for a booth is not a guarantee you will receive a booth.

We are expecting 90 booths this year.

Invite your customers to join you at this free event! Once your booth is confirmed, spread the word on social media and let everyone know you’ll be there. Don’t forget to use the official hashtag: #SparkCon2026 in all your posts!

Only Walmart associates can join the event virtually. All other participants must attend in person. Sessions will be recorded and published on the SparkCon website a few days or weeks after the event concludes.

Each booth includes a 6-foot table, two chairs, and access to public Walmart Wi-Fi. Most booths will have power available; however, 12 booths will not. Please bring your own table covering. New Location - Sam Walton Hall (1500 SE 8th St, Bentonville, AR 72712).

Booths must be fully set up on Friday, April 17, 2026, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT. Please arrive by 2:45 p.m. to pick up your badge. All participants must exit the building by 5:30 p.m. DO NOT ship booth materials to the event location - bring them with you.

Carts will not be provided, so plan to bring your own for transporting items. Everyone involved in setup must be registered for SparkCon as “Expo Booth Support.” New Location - Sam Walton Hall (1500 SE 8th St, Bentonville, AR 72712).

Swag is welcome! If you choose to bring items, please ensure you have enough for all attendees - approximately 1,000 pieces. Do not bring gift cards, alcohol, unwrapped food, etc. You may create SWAG following the SparkCon theme.

Co-branding using Walmart on SWAG is not permitted.

We are not able to provide a list of attendees, so please plan creative ways to collect names and connect with participants during the event. Consider strategies like:

• Encouraging attendees to connect with your team on LinkedIn
• Offering a quick company survey or feedback form
• Using QR codes for sign-ups or giveaways (limit giveaways to be under $50)
• Hosting a fun activity that requires registration

Booths will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT. Please plan to have everything packed and cleared by 5:00 p.m. so you can head to the after-party and enjoy networking while celebrating a successful event. New Location - Sam Walton Hall (1500 SE 8th St, Bentonville, AR 72712).

**DO NOT SHIP TO WALMART**

Please ship any items directly to your hotel, as Walmart cannot accept deliveries. Carts will not be available, so plan ahead - bring your own or pack items in boxes that are easy to carry.

We do not provide equipment rentals. If you need a monitor or other gear, please bring it with you to the event.

The event typically attracts over 1,500 attendees, most of whom are not affiliated with Walmart. Some parents bring their children, so we encourage you to include creative items that appeal to school-age youth. Additionally, a number of college students will be present. While the event is open to everyone, the majority of attendees travel an average of six hours to reach Bentonville, AR.
